Clayton arrests

Kenneth Aubrey Reed, 22, of 307 Wrenn Lane, Clayton, was arrested Oct. 30 and charged with failure to appear in court.

Conrad Jerome Avent, 41, of 374-B Thorne Road, Selma, was arrested Oct. 30 and charged with violating a domestic violence protection order.

Taylor Ann Horvath, 20, of 1337 Loop Road, Clayton, was arrested Oct. 28 and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Laura Jean Ingle, 38, of 6359 Happy Drive, Zebulon, was arrested Oct. 28 and charged with cyberstalking.

Zacharie Allan Paine, 21, of 66 North Hadrian Court, Clayton, was arrested Oct. 27 and charged with driving while impaired and possessing an open container of alcohol in the passenger area of a vehicle.

Eric Fitzpatrick Scarborough, 40, of 13 Cheltenham Drive, Clayton, was charged Oct. 27 with driving while his license was revoked.

Antonio Santillan Rocha, 20, of 103 Granton Court, Clayton, was arrested Oct. 25 and charged with failure to appear in court.

Stephen Patrick Horton, 34, of 1225 Woodbrier Road, Clayton, was arrested Oct. 27 and charged with failure to appear in court.

Francisco Aguirre Ruiz, 40, address unknown, was arrested Oct. 27 and charged with driving while impaired and driving without a license.

Erica Lee Ware Yankee, 31, of 8110 Bryan Road, Clayton, was arrested Oct. 26 and charged with driving while her license was revoked.

Dearold Monroe Shiver Jr., 32, of 620 Hampton Lane, Youngsville, was arrested Oct. 26 and charged with driving while impaired, driving without a license and aggressive driving.

Robert Dale Strickland, 25, of 1571 U.S. 701 South, Four Oaks, was arrested Oct. 26 and charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a vehicle or dwelling place for a controlled substance and possession marijuana.

Clayton incidents

On Oct. 31, The Car Club on U.S. 70 reported that an employee operated the business during unauthorized hours.

On Oct. 30, a man with a baseball bat struck a resident in the 500 block of Commodore Street.

On Oct. 30, someone broke into a car parked in the 300 block of Everette Avenue.

On Oct. 30, someone sent a counterfeit check to a resident in the 200 block of Hein Drive.

On Oct. 30, a man struck a female in the face in the 100 block of Georgetowne Drive.

On Oct. 29, someone used a stolen check at Walmart.

On Oct. 28, police recovered a stolen car at Walmart.

On Oc. 28, someone tried to break into a home in the 200 block of Pineland Avenue.

On Oct. 28, someone forced the front door open and took items from a home in the 1000 block of South Lombard Street.

On Oct. 28, someone broke into a home in the 1000 block of Lombard Street.

On Oct. 26, someone broke into a car parked at Zaxby’s.

On Oct. 25, someone stole pain medication from an unlocked vehicle parked at Johnston Medical Center.

On Oct. 25, police responded to a domestic incident between a mother and son in the 200 block of Marino Place.

On Oct. 25, someone broke glass and poured paint onto the driveway at a house in the 800 block of West Main Street.
