Three workouts in one

A new exercise class will begin Nov. 2 (from 9:20 until 10:20 a.m.) for ages 18 and up. The class features three different 20-minute fun and challenging fat-burning circuits: 20 minutes of cardio, 20 of strength training and 20 of core and flexibility work. Participants should bring their own mat. The cost is $15 for residents and $30 for others. Jenn Kellner is the instructor for the class, which will be held at the Clayton Community Center.

Thighs, butts and guts

A new class – Thighs, Butts, Guts – will begin Nov. 2 (from 8:30 until 9:15 a.m.) for ages 18 and up. It’s an intense, thorough, effective lower body solution that focuses on quads, glutes and abs. Participants should bring their own mat. The cost is $15 for residents and $30 for others. Jenn Kellner is the instructor for the class, which will be held at the Clayton Community Center.
