Beginner Tennis

A new session of beginner tennis begins March 20 on Wednesdays (from 6-7 p.m. for ages 11-15; 7-8 p.m. for ages 8 and up) at Clayton Community Park. The cost is $30 for residents and $45 for non-residents for the six-week session. Register at the Clayton Parks Dept. Community Center.

Intermediate Tennis

New sessions of intermediate tennis begins in March on Thursday (starting March 21, from 6:30 until 8 p.m. for ages 18 and up) and Friday (starting March 22, from 6:38 until 8:30 for ages 18 and up) at the Clayton Community Park. The cost is $40 for residents per six-week session or $45 for non-residents. Sessions are also scheduled to begin on May 9 (Thursdays) and May 17 (Fridays). Register at the Clayton Parks Dept. Community Center.

Spring Break Vacation Sports Camp

The Clayton Community Center will offer a Spring Break Vacation Sports Camp for beginners, intermediate, and slightly advanced athletes. The full-day, week-long sports camp will teach and expose aspiring athletes a fundamental knowledge of the area’s most popular sports. The camps will also teach the benefits of cross training activities and personal fitness exercises to best prepare your athlete for their Spring and Summer activities and upcoming sports seasons. The cost is $115 per camper before March 1 or $150 after that point. Additional siblings can register for an additional $75 each.

Quick Start Tennis

New sessions of quick start tennis at Clayton Community Park for ages 5-7 and 8-10 begin in March. The eight-week class is held on Tuesdays for 45 minutes. Ages 5-7 begin at 6 p.m. and ages 8-10 start at 7 p.m. The cost is $40 for town residents or annual members or $55 for non-residents. Register at the Parks Dept. office.
