1Lt. Adam C. Price is serving in Afghanistan and his mother Susan Price is seeking moral support from the Clayton community. She says she hopes his friends in Clayton will send him cards for his birthday.

The younger Price, a 2005 Clayton High School graduate, left for Afghanistan Dec. 12 and is expected to be there for nine months, according to his mother. He turns 28 Feb. 19.

Susan Price says she hopes his friends and former co-workers will send her son birthday cards or care packages. Anyone who would like to help this mother out should send cards or care packages to: 1Lt Price, Adam C, HHC, 501sp.BSB Camp Nathan APO AE 09367.

“I am confident Adam has teachers, friends, employers, and so many members of the two different churches he attended while he was living at home and that we could come together and keep his spirits lifted while he is away,” Susan Price said.
