Bus tour set for President Obama’s inauguration ceremony

The N.C. Martin Luther King Heritage Tours is organizing buses to Washington, D.C. for President Obama’s second inauguration ceremony. The trip is scheduled for Jan. 19-21.

Chartered buses will leave from Raleigh, Durham, Rocky Mount, Chapel Hill, Charlotte and Winston-Salem. Find information at king-raleigh.org, email info@king-raleigh.org or call 919-834-6264.

Trip prices include two night hotel accommodations, bus transportation, visits to the Smithsonian Institute Museum, the U.S. Capitol Building, the Martin Luther King National Memorial and the Lincoln Memorial. Passengers will also attend the swearing in ceremony and attend the Inauguration Parade.
