Clayton arrests

• Nov. 15, 10:30 a.m., Donte Robertson of 120 Oakdale Avenue was charged with felony possession of marijuana; confined in Johnston County jail under a $20,000 secured bond.

• Nov. 14, 8:45 a.m., Danielle Nicole Day, of 134 Liberty Lane was charged with failure to appear on a charge of speeding and failure to appear on a charge of driving while license revoked; confined in Johnston County jail under a $1,000 secured bond.

• Nov. 13, 12:26 a.m., Antonio Anthony Brent Smith of 663 Sasser Lane, Clint, arrested and charged with attempted armed robbery and consipiracy to commit armed robbery on an outstanding warrant from Sampson County and failure to appear on a charge of possession of marijuana in Wake County; confined in the Johnston County jail under a secured bond of $100,000.

• Nov. 12, 3:50 p.m., Richard M. Wilkinson-Roberts of 12 Sharpstone Lane, Raleigh, charged with failure to appear on a charge of driving while license revoked; Johnston County jail, $1000 bond.

• Nov. 12, 10:44 a.m. Randall Steven Messick, of 167 Amsterdam Drive, Clayton, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia; Johnston County jail, $1000 bond.

• Nov. 10, 9:45 p.m., Jeremy Mayon Stollard, of 1218 Parkside Drive, charged with being intoxicated and disruptive; Johnston County jail, $2500 bond.

• Nov. 10, 10:30 p.m., Dante Lamar Hines, of 546 Reed Avenue, Charlotte, charged with failure to appear on a charge of possession of marijuana; Johnston County Jail, $2000 bond.

• Nov. 10, 10:30 p.m., Tomalishea Jimesha Brewer, of 7808 West Montana Drive Raleigh, charged with arrest for fugitive; confined in Johnston County jail; no bond amount.

• Nov. 9, 10:23 p.m., Peter Matthew Labbs, of 175 Roping Horn Way Willow Springs, charged with failure to appear on a charge of driving while license revoked; $500 bond.

Clayton incidents

• Nov. 15, 12:30 a.m. an employee at Walgreens on U.S. 70 reported someone taking $760 worth of clothing, furs, and pocket books. Case under investigation.

• Nov. 14, 12:29 p.m. a woman turned in a wallet to the Clayton police department that she had found. Case closed.

• Nov. 14, 5:05 p.m., an employee at Dollar General reported someone stealing soft drinks and ice tea bags. Case under investigation.

• Nov. 12, 10:44 p.m., Clayton police arrested and charged someone with possession of drug paraphernalia, including two glass crack pipes, and also charged them with driving while license provoked at 11887 U.S. 70. Cleared by arrest.

• Nov. 12, 8 p.m., an employee at Clayton Glass reported larceny by an employee who took $200 and a $25 security box from an office drawer. Case under investigation.

• Nov. 11, 2:37 p.m., a Petsmart employee reported that a dog bit her on the hand in the 200 block of Stansbury Lane. Case under investigation.

• Nov. 11, 7 p.m., a woman reported someone threw a rock through a window at New Hope Baptist Church at 700 West Stallings Street. Case under investigation.

• Nov. 11, 7:30 p.m. a Wake Forest man reported someone scratched his vehicle and caused $2,000 worth of damage while it was parked at 340 McCullers Drive. Case closed/leads exhausted.

• Nov. 11, 4:28 p.m., a woman reported dropping $200 cash in Food Lion located at 10105 U.S. 70. Case inactive.

• Nov. 12, 8:30 a.m., the owner of a construction company reported someone broke into a back door and stole a copper wire worth $600 from inside at 84 Johnson Estate Road. Case inactive.
