Local Clayton McDonald’s owner and operator Doris Huebner met with McDonald’s Executive Chef Dan Coudreaut at a recent conference in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
McDonald’s owner/operators from North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia attended the conference, where Chef Dan introduced new McDonald’s menu items for 2013. Coudreaut is also the Director of Culinary Innovation for McDonald’s and his key responsibility is to help the creative team of chefs develop new menus for McDonald’s approximately 14,000 restaurants.
