Tickets are on sale now for the Clayton Downtown Development Association’s awards dinner Nov. 14 at the Clayton Steakhouse. A social hour begins at 5:30 p.m. and the program and dinner start at 6:30 p.m.. Tickets are $30.
The 2012 Clayton Downtown Recognition Awards categories include: Best Curb Appeal, Outstanding New Downtown Business, Downtown Business of the Year and CDDA Volunteer of the Year.
Other recognitions include CDDA Board Member of the Year and the announcement of Clayton’s 2012 N.C. Main Street Champion, who will also be recognized at the N.C. Main Street awards dinner in Salisbury in January.
“There is a very positive feeling in downtown with some new projects and businesses,” said DDA Chairman, Rich Rairigh, “We are looking forward to having another top notch awards dinner this year, providing an enjoyable social experience while recognizing the efforts of individuals, business, and organizations that have contributed to success of Downtown Development Association over the past year.”
