Clayton arrests

•  Jan. 31, 9:13 a.m., Jamie J. Tyree, 23, Hidden Valley Drive, Clayton; driving with a revoked license; Capt. Bridges conducted traffic stop for texting while driving on U.S. 70/Smith Street, found driver with a revoked license; Johnston County Jail; unsecure $2,000 bond.

•  Jan. 28, 11:30 p.m., Michael Chad Carroll, 33, Richardson Lane, Garner; arrested for an outstanding warrant on charges of driving with a revoked license while Off. J.J. Brantley investigated a disturbance at the Walgreens, 11306, U.S.70 Business Highway West, Clayton; Johnston County Jail, $600 secure bond.

•  Jan. 28, 4:25 a.m., Jeremy Monroe Godwin arrested at 11129 U.S.70 Business Highway West/South Fayetteville Street for driving while impaired and larceny, Johnston County Jail, $2,000 secure bond; Kristy L. Bucklin, Sturbridge Drive, Clayton, reported Godwin stealing a $700 television and a pack of beer from her home and driving off while impaired.

•  Jan. 28, 8:57 a.m., Garrett Joseph Norris, 22, Lakeview Drive, Clayton; arrested at home on charges of injury to personal property; Johnston County Jail, $1,000 secure bond.

Clayton incidents

•  Jan. 31, 7:52 a.m., Davidson and Jones Construction Co., 1207 Front Street, Raleigh; Atlantic Building Group, 2664 Timber Drive, were victims of a felony larceny at 166 Springbrook Avenue in Clayton; $650 in handrails and door frames and a $50 power tool were reported stolen; under investigation.

•  Jan. 31, 1:38 p.m., Dollar Tree at 837 Town Centre Boulevard, Clayton, reported a suspect trying to use a counterfeit $1 bill; under investigation.

•  Jan. 31, 6:27 p.m., Dario Orlando Paz, South Lombard Street, Clayton, reported a misdemeanor larceny of a $50 boys’ bicycle at his home. Leads exhausted.

•  Jan. 31, 10:55 p.m., the Food Lion at 10105 U.S. 70 Business Highway West, Clayton, reported a misdemeanor larceny; $20 in consumable foodstuffs were reported stolen. Leads exhausted.

•  Jan. 31, 10:20 a.m., Shelly Jarman Stirckland, West Stallings Street, reported a break-in at her home; $200 in jewelry and $200 in money were reported stolen; under investigation.

•  Jan. 30, 2:59 p.m., Verizon, Justin Boulevard, Raleigh, reported a larceny by someone removing $1,400 in copper wire rods and wires from a cell tower at 300 Mill Street, Clayton. Leads exhausted.

•  Jan. 30, 2:42 p.m., Colby R. Landerl, Woodson Drive, Clayton, reported a car break-in and larceny from an unlocked car on Hutson Lane, Clayton; $100 GPS unit was reported stolen; under investigation.

•  Jan. 28, 2:29 a.m., Dami Lenay Scott, Charles Street, Clayton, reported someone taking her $15,000 black BMW 745i, from its parking spot at her home; under investigation.

• Jan. 27, 5:46 p.m., Donna Lee Bittle Langley, Liberty Lane Clayton, reported a larceny; the suspect was pawning $145 paint sprayer; under investigation.

•  Jan. 27, 2:20 p.m., Lori Bonita Bryant, Dogwood Avenue, Clayton; reported a break-in at her home and a felony larceny of her $5,000 1997 white Toyota Avalon; $500 washer/dryer, $1500 in furniture, $2500 television set, $750 fake fireplace, $150 freeze, $300 lawn mower reported stolen; under investigation.

•  Jan. 27, 3:07 p.m., The Clayton Mart at 208 E. Main St., reported a suspect cashing a $296.14 counterfeit check; closed by arrest.

•  Jan. 27, 2:40 p.m., Reginald Anthony Dunn, Waterford Drive, Clayton, reported larceny of firearms at his home; A $60 gun case, $300 firearm and $350 firearm were reported stolen; under investigation.

•  Jan. 27 12 noon, Off. K. Lunger reported a possession of up to ½ ounce of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia including rolling papers and a grinder at Little Creek Church Road/Sunnyview Lane; cleared by arrest.

•  Jan. 27, 11:48 a.m., William Ronald Hocutt, Richardson Road, Zebulon; Patricia Strickland Batten, Cardinal Court, Clayton, were victims of a break-in and damage to personal property at Batten’s residence; $150 in damage to glass windows and a $100 television were reported as stolen; under investigation.

• Jan. 27, 1:02 p.m., Lee Dale Coffelt, Georgetowne Drive, Clayton, was the victim of a break-in and larceny at his home; $1,000 flat-screen TV was reported stolen, $500 hinged patio door damaged; under investigation.
